2. Scope
AURALYNK is a relationship-intelligence product operated by CIPHER CIRCLE PTE. LTD.. It is currently in an early-access stage, and its currently available features may include public pages, sign-in, access requests, onboarding, member dashboard features, referral and waitlist flows, product-information responses through Ask / Curator, and related support communications. We keep personal data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records of access and product interactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention periods may vary by data type. When data is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it or de-identify it where appropriate. Retention practices may change as AURALYNK's features and operational needs change over time.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal data. You may also request that we review or remove specific onboarding or Ask-related data where applicable.
If Singapore law applies to you, you may also withdraw consent to our ongoing collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data by giving us reasonable notice. In some cases, if you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to continue providing parts of AURALYNK to you.

AURALYNK and its service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take steps designed to support lawful cross-border processing and a standard of protection comparable to the protection required under applicable law in Singapore.
12. Complaints and data incidents
If you have a complaint about our data-protection practices, please contact our data protection officer first using the details above. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time.
If we determine that a data incident triggers a notification obligation under applicable law, we may notify affected individuals, regulators, or both, in the manner required by that law.
13. Children
AURALYNK is designed for professional users and is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
