By accessing or using AURALYNK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with CIPHER CIRCLE PTE. LTD. in connection with AURALYNK unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The Singapore UEN for CIPHER CIRCLE PTE. LTD. is 202510529C. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use AURALYNK on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting access or maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login method and for activity that occurs through your account.
• We may limit, approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion, including for waitlist, referral, onboarding, or compliance reasons.
• Access to specific features may depend on your early-access status and may differ across users as AURALYNK evolves.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use AURALYNK only for lawful internal business or professional purposes consistent with these terms and any written instructions we provide. AURALYNK is a relationship-intelligence product that is currently in an early-access stage and not yet publicly available in its broader form.

You agree not to:

• Use AURALYNK in violation of law, regulation, contract, privacy rights, or another person's rights.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Upload sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, or trade secrets unless you are clearly authorized to do so and the disclosure is necessary.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, benchmark, scrape, mirror, or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts, or non-public system details from AURALYNK.
• Interfere with service integrity, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Use AURALYNK outputs as the sole basis for legal, investment, employment, compliance, or other high-stakes decisions without independent review.

AURALYNK is currently in an early-access stage. The currently available experience is limited and may include a public site, access-request flow, member dashboard, and product-information features. Broader AURALYNK capabilities described on the site may not yet be publicly available, may be available only to limited users, or may be introduced gradually over time.

Features, access criteria, and availability may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, early access is provided without any commitment to continued availability, roadmap delivery, launch timing, or uptime level.

The current Ask / Curator experience is limited to information about AURALYNK itself, including product positioning, early-access information, onboarding, and related member experiences. It is not a general-purpose assistant and should not be relied on as a source of factual, operational, or professional advice beyond that limited scope.

Any automated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your context. AURALYNK does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit to AURALYNK. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve AURALYNK.

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, including as AURALYNK changes over time.

AURALYNK, including its software, visual design, documentation, branding, and underlying service materials, is owned by CIPHER CIRCLE PTE. LTD., AURALYNK, or their licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it.

AURALYNK may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and communications providers. Your use of linked third-party services may also be governed by those third parties' own terms and privacy notices.

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or disable specific features at any time if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, address abuse or legal risk, or respond to operational requirements. You may stop using AURALYNK at any time.

AURALYNK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AURALYNK, CIPHER CIRCLE PTE. LTD., and their respective officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or reputation arising out of or related to AURALYNK.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to AURALYNK will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose or SGD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURALYNK, CIPHER CIRCLE PTE. LTD., and their affiliates, personnel, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore.

You agree that the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with AURALYNK or these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

AURALYNK is still evolving, so we may change the product, available features, access model, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make a material change, we may post an updated effective date, publish a notice inside the service, or provide another appropriate notice. Your continued use of AURALYNK after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
